Tracy Brdar Demaj

Tracy concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, election law, and family law. She has impressive litigation experience, representing clients in all areas of family law including divorce, parentage and child support matters, and child protection-related issues. While in law school, Tracy utilized a Supreme Court Rule 711 license to represent parents, spouses and children through her public interest work at both the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian and the Chicago-Kent College of Law Family Law Clinic. Tracy also has a thorough knowledge of the state and federal court system, as she interned for judges in both the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois, as well as for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in its Public Corruption and Financial Crimes Unit.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys outdoor activities, running, and spending time with friends and family.
